Apply potion effects to sneaking players. Each effect is unique, with it's own permission and properties--this allows for seamless integration via permissions.

1. Download Skript - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skript/
2. Place Skript in your 'plugins' folder
3. Restart your server to generare Skript's data
4. Download this script and place in the scripts folder found @ /plugins/skript/scripts
5. Load the script with '/skript reload scripts'
5. Success!
